What Dozehound is
Dozehound is [ONE SENTENCE], offered by [LEGAL ENTITY OR INDIVIDUAL] ("we"). By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.
Your account
You need to be [13 / 16 / 18] or older. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think it has been compromised.
What you make
Anything you put into Dozehound is yours. You give us only the permission needed to store it, show it back to you, and [SYNC IT BETWEEN YOUR DEVICES / SHOW IT TO PEOPLE YOU SHARE IT WITH]. Delete it and that permission ends.
Using the service properly
Do not use Dozehound to break the law, to harm or harass anyone, to probe or overload the service, or to do anything that interferes with other people's use of it. We may suspend or close accounts that do.
Availability
Dozehound is offered as-is. We aim to keep it running but do not promise it will be available at any particular time, and we may change or discontinue features. If we shut the service down we will give at least [30] days' notice and a way to export your data.
Payment
[DELETE IF FREE.] Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play under their terms, and refunds are handled by them. Cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dozehound is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or [100 USD] if you paid nothing. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending it
You can stop using Dozehound and delete your account at any time. We can end these terms if you breach them; if we do, we will say why unless the law prevents it.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the date at the top changes. Material changes are announced inside the app before they take effect; continuing to use the app after that is acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of [JURISDICTION], and disputes go to its courts.
